We product 1-8series aluminum sheet:
we have always focused on the production and processing of aluminum plates.Sold all over the world  including South America, North America, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.
Our products are used in construction, decoration, automobiles, electronics, machinery, shipbuilding, aerospace, cooking utensils, packaging, etc. 

  Alloy 1000 series: This grade is commercially pure aluminum. It is soft and ductile and has excellent workability, making it ideal for applications with difficult forming. It can be welded using any method, but it is non heat-treatable. It has an excellent resistance to corrosion and is commonly used in the chemical and food processing industries.
 

 

Alloy 3000 series:  The most widely used of all aluminum alloys. A commercially pure aluminum with added manganese to increase its strength (20% stronger than the 1100 grade). It has excellent corrosion resistance, and workability. This grade can be deep drawn or spun, welded or brazed.

Alloy 5000 series:  This is the highest strength alloy of the more non heat-treatable grades. Its fatigue strength is higher than most other aluminum grades. Alloy 5052 has a good resistance to marine atmosphere and salt water corrosion, and excellent workability. It can be easily drawn or formed into intricate shapes.

Storage instructions

Transportation and storage instructions for aluminum products:
1 transportation
It must be covered with tarpaulin or plastic cloth to ensure that it will not be invaded by rain and snow, and the compartment should be protected.
Keep it clean and dry, free from pollutants, and it is strictly forbidden to mix with chemically active substances and wet materials

2 loading and unloading
Protective measures must be taken to avoid damage to the product due to bumping or scratching.
3. Storage
Long-term storage of products must enter the warehouse, the warehouse should be kept clean and dry without corrosive gas
It should be able to prevent the intrusion of rain and snow, and it is strictly forbidden to use it with chemically active substances and wet materials.
When storing in the open air for a short period of time, it is strictly forbidden to stack the product directly on the ground, and use wooden the square cushion is well placed, the height is not less than 100mm, and the rain and snow-proof tarpaulin or plastic cloth is used at the same time cover it well and wrap the bottom to ensure that it will not be invaded by rainwater when it is windy or rainy.
